Task:For the care and technical support of our company premises, consisting of several buildings and outdoor facilities, we are looking for a caretaker m / w. The requirements for our equipment are high in terms of technical equipment as well as the quality of the furniture. There are buildings with different functions (guest house and residential building, seminar house, exhibition, logistics, warehouse). All buildings are in very good condition and in order to maintain this standard, we are looking for a technically skilled employee who would like to take on all the tasks of care and maintenance of our facility: Contact person for residents and tenants with questions about building services, maintenance and control of Installations such as heating, pipes, windows, doors, gardens, minor repairs and painting and the initiation of renovation and maintenance by external companies.

Personality: Do you enjoy real estate and like to work inside and out? You are resilient, flexible, reliable and can organize well? You have self-motivation and deal responsibly with the tasks assigned? Communication with our property management, with guests and tenants is no problem for you? We are happy to talk with you about the tasks surrounding our real estate.

Professional qualifications: German language at least at level A2. Training in trade or industry and a comprehensivetechnical understanding. Knowledge in the real estate world as well as in repair and maintenance. Basic business knowledge and understanding of property managementand administration, e.g. from external companies, maintenance appointments, etc.
