Donuts can be integrated into jewelry in many ways. Mini donuts, for example, are ideally suited to be incorporated into necklaces or to be placed in creoles. The large donuts act as eye-catchers on a longer ribbon and can be used in many other ways with the help of a Donut Holder.

The donuts made of blue aragonite are uncolored; the raw stone comes from Argentina.

Blue aragonite is also called oceanite in retail and wholesale.

The mineral aragonite was described for the first time in 1796 by the German mineralogist Abraham Gottlob Werner and named after the locality in the province of Aragon in northeast Spain; the spelling arragonite is therefore not correct.
