The gemstone malas consist of 74 Rock Crystal beads (6mm diameter), 34 Rudraksha nuts and are carefully knotted by hand with a thread that matches the color of the Rock Crystal.
A pendant with the Om symbol and a chili pod (all made of 925 silver) is attached to the back of the malas.
The Rock Crystal prayer beads are 86 cm long; the tassel is a further 8 cm long.
Rock Crystal is used in modern stone healing to promote clarity and neutrality; the mineral improves perception and brings clarity of thought, making it ideal for mala necklaces.
Rudraksha nuts are seeds traditionally dedicated to the Hindu deity Shiva and are worn as a source of protection and inspiration. Rudrakshas are widely used as natural-looking jewelry in India and Nepal and are valued in a similar way to gemstones.
The gemstone painting necklace is part of the Chili Jewels "Spirit Line" collection.
