Mala Aventurine (Anahata; heart chakra - anti-stress)

The gemstone malas consist of 100 green Aventurine beads and eight Rudraksha nuts and are carefully knotted by hand with a thread that matches the color of the Aventurine. The matching mala bracelet has the item number 245018190103.

The heart chakra is also known as the anahata chakra (from the Sanskrit "chakra of the unstruck inner sound"), heart plexus chakra or cardial plexus chakra and stands for unconditional love, joy, bridging and connection.

Aventurine (green) supports inner balance and promotes patience, light-heartedness and relaxation. Aventurine can increase openness and tolerance towards fellow human beings and promote steadfastness. Regeneration can be particularly successful from this position of calm. Blockages are overcome, energy can flow undisturbed again and peace returns. In the gemstone balance, aventurine is assigned the theme of anti-stress.
