Why can I not see the prices?

The wholesale shop is exclusively for resellers and traders. In order to see our products range with prices, you will have to register as a customer. If you are not registered, the shop will not show any prices.


Who can shop here and where can I register?

Every registered reseller and trader can shop in our wholesale. We will need your trading license (business registration, travel trade card, trade register excerpt) in order to register you. To register and create an account, please click here.

You can also send us your trading license and adress data per email to versand@marcoschreier.de or per fax to +49 7141 441244 or via post (Im Osterholz 1, 71636 Ludwigsburg, Germany). You will then receive your personal login details for the online shop.


Which prices will I see when I am logged in?

Being a wholesaler for minerals, gemstones and jewelry, we direct our offer at resellers (e.g. gift shops, jewelers, museum shops, book stores) and other tradespeople (e.g. massage studios, homeopathic practitioners, feng shui consultants, jewelry designers). Therefore all the displayed prices are net prices without VAT. For deliveries within Germany, we add the applicable value-added tax to the sales price. What does shipping cost?

From an order value of 400 € we deliver one package postage free within Germany. For every additional 400 € in sales, we will send another package postage-free, i.e. from 800 € you will receive two packages postage-free, from 1200 € three packages.


If the net order value is less than 400 €, postage and packaging is 8.90 € per package. 

The maximum weight per package is 31.5 kg, which corresponds to approx. 25 -28 kg of goods. With original cartons of salt, 24 kg can be shipped per package.

How can I pay?

We provide various attractive payment methods for your order:
* PayPal (no cash discount; we will send you a pro forma invoice and a link for payment)
* Credit card (no cash discount; payment is possible with AMEXCO, Mastercard and Visa)
* Prepayment (3% cash discount with transfers in Euro for orders with a net value of 100 € or more)
* SEPA Immediate Direct Debit Mandate (3% cash discount for net order values of 100 € or more; only from German bank accounts)
* SEPA 30 Day Direct Debit Mandate (no cash discount; only from German bank accounts)
* Cash on Delivery (2% cash discount; plus additional COD fees; only within Germany)


Is there a minimum order value?

You can place orders for any desired amount; we do not have a minimum order value.



Which discounts can I expect?

Your personal loyalty discount in a current year is based on your turnover in the previous year i.e. your turnover in 2023 determines your loyalty discount for all orders and purchases in 2024. Details regarding our discount system can be found here.



How can I shop?
You can buy in our web shop at your leisure day and night. In our sales and exhibition rooms in Ludwigsburg, Germany (between Stuttgart and Heilbronn) you can choose from more articles than available in our web shop including many rarities, unique specimens, special offers, novelties and many more. How do I manage returns?
In case an article is not according to your expectations, you can obviously return it to us for a credit of the amount paid. In cases where goods are damaged and also when you wish to return undamaged goods, please contact us immediately however within two weeks after delivery, so that we can sort out the details of the returns with you. In general we do not accept returns sent to us without postage i.e. carriage forward.

Should you have forgotten your login details then please send us an email or call us at +497141-44 12 33 (Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.). We can only process your request during our office hours: please appreciate that we usually do not handle your request during weekends.

Could not find an article or stone?
In our web shop we only list an excerpt of our entire product range. Should you not find a stone or shape there, then please send us an email with what you are looking for. In our wholesale exhibition rooms we have many other articles - we will gladly check to see if we can fulfill your wish.
