Why can't I see prices?

The wholesale online shope is intended exclusively for resellers and traders. To view the entire range with prices, you must register as a customer. If you are not registered, the shop will not show prices.

Who can shop here and how can I register?

Any registered reseller and tradesman can shop in the wholesale store. To be able to register you with us, we need your proof of trade (business registration, travel trade card, trade register extract). You can easily register here. Alternatively, you can also send your trade certificate and your details by email to versand@marcoschreier.de or by fax to 07141 441244 or by post (Im Osterholz 1, 71636 Ludwigsburg). You will receive your personal access data for the online store.

What prices do I see in the webshop when I am logged in?

As a wholesaler of minerals, gemstones and jewelry, our offer is aimed at resellers (eg gift retail, jewelers, museum stores, bookstores) and other trades (eg massage practices, naturopaths, Feng Shui consultants, jewelry designers). Therefore, all prices are net prices without VAT. For delivery within Germany, we then charge the applicable VAT rate when selling the goods. What are the shipping costs?

Ab 400 € order value we deliver within Germany a package postage free. For each additional 400 € turnover we send another package postage free. i.e. from 800 € you get two packages postage free, from 1200 € three packages etc.

If the net order value is less than 400 €, postage and packaging is 8.90 € per package. The maximum weight per package is 31.5 kg, this corresponds to approximately 25 - 28 kg of goods. With original cartons salt 24 kg per package can be sent.

How can I pay?

We offer several attractive payment options to pay for your order:
* SEPA direct debit immediately (3% discount from 100€ net order value; only possible from accounts in Germany)
* SEPA direct debit 30 days (without discount; only possible from accounts in Germany)
* Cash on delivery (2% discount; plus cash on delivery fees; only possible within Germany)
* PayPal (without discount; we send you by email a proforma invoice and a link for payment)
* Credit card (without discount; payment with AMEX, Visa or Mastercard possible)
* Prepayment (3% discount for Euro transfers from 100€ net order value)

Is there a minimum order value?

You can shop with us for any amount; we do not have a minimum order value.

What discounts are available?

You will receive your personal loyalty discount for the current year based on your sales in the respective previous year, i.e. your sales from 2023 will determine your loyalty discount for all orders and purchases in 2024. You can find details about our discount system here.

Exclusively when visiting the sales exhibition in Ludwigsburg, you will also receive an stamp in your mole savings book for every 100 € net value of goods.

How can I shop?

In our Sales Exhibition in Ludwigsburg (between Stuttgart and Heilbronn), you can choose in addition to the articles of the webshop from numerous rarities, unique pieces, special offers, novelties and much more. You can find directions and opening hours here.

How can I complain?

If you ever do not like an item, you can of course send it back to us for credit. Please contact us immediately, at the latest, however, within two weeks after delivery, so that we can clarify the details together. Unfree (unstamped) returns are generally not accepted by us.

Forgotten access data?

If you have forgotten your access data, please send us an email or call us at 07141-44 12 33 (Monday to Friday 9.00 to 17.00). The processing takes place during our business hours; please understand that we usually can not process on weekends.

Article or stone not found?

In the webshop you will find only a sample of our program. If you have not found a stone or a shape, please write us an email with your wishes. In our sales exhibition for the specialized trade, we have many more items - we will be happy to check whether we can fulfill your request.
