Tumbled Stones made of intense pink Rhodochrosite are about 2,5 - 3,5cm in size.

In the packaging unit (=VE) are 100 grams (approx. 6 - 8 stones).

Stone healing uses the effect of Rhodochrosite to increase activity, confidence and zest for life.

Abraham Gottlob Werner (1749-1817) first named rhodochrosite manganese spar, taking into account its chemical composition and good fissility. In 1813 Friedrich Hausmann (1782-1859) gave the Rhodochrosite its name "Rhodochrosite" which is still valid today. This is derived from the ancient Greek words "rhodo" (rose) and "chrosite" (color). Spellings like Rhodhocrosite, Rhodochosite, Rhodocrosite, Rodhocrhosite, Rodochrosite or Rodocrosite are therefore not correct. Nowadays obsolete names for the Rhodochrosite are Incaspat/Inkarose, Raspberry spar, Rose spar and Manganese spar.
