An exciting new find: The Kyhberstein is a greeting from the depths of the earth, which has only recently become known beyond the borders of its finding area in the northwest of Pakistan. Mineralogical examinations of the Institute for Gemstone Testing showed that the rock consists of 99% Hornblende.
Pen stones - the new form of polished gemstones!
Well suited as a hand charm, for decoration and also for drilling or jewelry making.
Size about 4.0 to 4.5cm, thickness about 10mm; mostly square cross-section.
VE with 100g; this are about 10 - 15 polished elongated Khyberstone.
As a Hornblende, the Khyberstone is a stone of unity and integration. If each aspect is given the necessary space, a harmonious coexistence is possible despite all opposites.
Khyberstein is also called Khyberstone, Khyberporphyrit or - wrongly - Pakistani snowflake obsidian.
