The youthful design of this piece of jewelry makes it popular with younger people.
For this piece of jewelery the iridescent nacre of Paua Shell (Haliotis iris) was used from New Zealand. The Paua Shell was already popular among the Maori, the indigenous people of New Zealand known as a delicacy and as magnificent jewelry materials. Today, the mussels are cultivated on farms. For the jewelry no endangered species are used. Each piece is fixed on a handsome information card with German and English text about paua shells.
The Earhooks and other metal elements are nickel free. Size (without hooks): appr. 1,9cm
