The bright fluorite has a more intense light green, slightly bluish color and is about 1.2 x 1.2cm in size.
The elaborately designed eyelet of the fluorite pendant has an inner diameter of 5.5cm; overall, the pendant made of rhodium-plated silver 925 has a size of 2.2 x 1.4cm.
The name fluorite is derived from the Latin fluere (to flow) and refers to the mining term fluorspar for fluorite. Spellings such as floride, florite, flouride, fluorite or fluride are therefore not correct.
